Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping Methods:
Shipping is included for Attachit Straps and E-Track Attachits; USPS or FEDEX are the primary shippers for these products. The Hand Truck Company offers the following shipping options to meet your needs:
LTL Carriers: Old Dominion, FedEx Freight, and ABF Freight.
Ground and Express Services: FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express.
Damaged or Lost Goods
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, in the event of damage or loss during shipping, the following guidelines apply:
Inspect Upon Delivery: The consignee or receiving agent must inspect all equipment upon delivery.
Visible Damage or Incomplete Shipment: If you notice damage or missing items, make a notation on the freight bill. If the carrier does not allow this, refuse the shipment.
Concealed Damage: Notify us within 15 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays) if the damage is not immediately apparent.
Claims Assistance: The Hand Truck Company will handle all claim paperwork on your behalf for a smooth resolution.
Returns Policy
We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our return guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved by The Hand Truck Company and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be noted on both the shipping label and the bill of lading.
Shipping Costs: Returned items must be shipped with prepaid transportation charges.
Handling and Inspection Fee: A 20% handling and inspection charge will apply to all returns.
Right to Refuse Returns: The Hand Truck Company reserves the right to refuse the return of any equipment at its discretion.
